Before founding Sora & Sora, Celeste spent years doing the work from the inside — advising leadership, managing crises, building communications strategies, and navigating the complexity of global organisations under pressure.

With a background shaped by genuine in-house experience, building messaging that had to hold across multiple markets and audiences, and having worked directly with executives at some of Europe's most recognised brands, Celeste brings a level of context and commitment to every project that translates into sharper, more effective communications for your business.
Celeste brings over nine years of senior in-house and advisory experience across global corporations, high-growth startups, academic institutions, and diplomatic posts. Before founding Sora & Sora, she held strategic communications roles at ING Bank, Microsoft, and Tommy Hilfiger — most headquartered in Amsterdam — working directly alongside leadership teams on issues ranging from global rebrands to regulatory change to executive communications.
She holds a Master's in Media and Business and a BSc in International Communication and Media, both from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She also lectures at master's level on strategic communications, branding, crisis and change communication, as well as the role of AI in communications: an academic and research-driven mindset she follows and actively integrates into her advisory work.
The practice operates across the Netherlands and beyond, serving clients who need a senior communications partner, not a vendor. This makes the practice deliberately small. Clients work directly with Celeste: from the first introduction call, to the brief, all the way to the final deliverable.
